Celebrating 80 Years of the Padstow RSL Sub-Branch
On the 3rd of October, Padstow RSL marked a truly special milestone — the 80th Anniversary of the Padstow RSL Sub-Branch. Members of our community and beyond gathered together to celebrate this remarkable occasion with a lovely luncheon, honouring eight decades of dedication, service, and community spirit.
The celebration was made even more memorable with the official unveiling and cutting of the red tape on our newly remodelled Memorabilia Cabinet. This cabinet stands as a lasting tribute to the history and legacy of the Sub-Branch, preserving the stories and service of those who came before us.
It was wonderful to see so many familiar and new faces joining us on the day. The warmth and support shown by our members and the broader community made the occasion truly fitting for such a significant anniversary. Lest We Forget.
